Currenty, SEAL implement a homemade method to select a transcript (human selection or canonical).

A must have for exome sequencing could be to implement the MANE Select as default reference transcript

I need to add "--mane" option to VEP.
It seems this option worked only for GRCh38.
Currently I worked on GRCh37.
