List filter: Drag handle should be a drag hand, not a XY coordinate icon #66896

I can not take a screen shot of my mouse sorry.
But the drag hand is an coordinate cross. It should be a drag hand like in the debug toolbar.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Mickey Mouse hand!

Yeah micky mouse ftw.
There still seems to be a minor issue, when I click the mouse does not transition from the dragging hand to the closed dragging hand.
Checkout the debug toolbar, there it feels much smoother - as long as I hold the mouse the icon is a closed dragging hand.
