With this month's remote iteration plan item Simplify content in the remote indicator - various remote commands' wording and placement will evolve. Once changes are in, I'll do an edit pass of our remote docs to ensure everything is updated accurately.

Issues to track for changes:

(As a note to myself on docs-related things): Separate from VS Code docs, also do an edit pass of readme's (both updating commands and any other content). Example: microsoft/vscode-remote-release#8020.
