pac data import not handling multiselect option sets

Hi Team,

when using pac data import on a dataset that contains a multiselect option set it is not updating that field in the target. pac data export appears to export the data effectively. Using Import-CrmDataFile with the data does update it correctly, so assuming it might just be a version mismatch with pac's Xrm.Tooling.ConfigutionMigration
