As per the API docs, there should be registerHTMLLanguageService and htmlLanguageService available publically but its missing.

monaco-editor version: 0.25.0
Browser: Firefox/Chrome
OS: Linux
Playground code that reproduces the issue:

monaco.languages.html.registerHTMLLanguageService()
