Building docs for InnerEye-DeepLearning

First, make sure you have all the packages necessary for InnerEye.
Install pip dependencies from sphinx-docs/requirements.txt.

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run make html from the folder sphinx-docs. This will create html files under sphinx-docs/build/html.
