  1. add support for printing (incorrectly) UTF8, UTF16 and UTF32 chars 

    - no conversion from UTF16 and UTF32 chars is made - only a static cast
  is performed, thus resulting with maybe incorrect output (for some
  code points)
- in order to ensure correct output, make sure you convert your wide strings
  into proper UTF8-encoded string
- this will not be done automatically in order to remove the need to
  have dependency on string conversion library
