复现步骤

1.vue3子应用里面有输入框
2.子应用加载完后，vue2主应用使用 document.createElement('script')创建js文件

环境信息

• micro-app版本：1.0.0-rc.5
• 主应用前端框架&版本：vue2+webpack5MF
• 子应用前端框架&版本：vue3+vite
