Wiki page issue - Drupal Check executable moved

I am trying to follow this documentation

In this, point 2, the URL of drupal-check.phar no longer exists. Please update the wiki with correct steps.

This URL correctly points to the drupal-check.phar binary in the latest release on GitHub.
The problem is that the drupal-check.phar binary has not been published as a release artifact since the 1.1.3.

The latest version that can be installed as as phar is 1.1.2:

The documentation needs updating then. I am not able to send a 'pull request' for documentation.

My point was that the issue is not in the docs, but with the latest releases missing binaries in release artifacts (downloads) on Github. This is something only the project maintainers can address.
