I've been looking at various code analysis tools in the lead-up to D9, and am struggling to find one that will flag up deprecated contrib hooks. Is this a feature that drupal-check might consider supporting? Am I missing something that would let me do this already? Thanks!

This is being worked on for PHPStan Drupal in mglaman/phpstan-drupal#135 and mglaman/phpstan-drupal#126
