ssl/tls connection not stablished when using loop() function #88

Hello,

When I use setTlsCertificates() to connect through ssl/tls while using loop() function I can not connect to broker.

At logs I see that a CONNECT and a DISCONNECT are sent at the same second, with no CONNACK in between.

Anyhow I can connect using loopForever() function.
