Mosquitto.dsp does not exist

Hi,
I'm trying to install mosquitto-PHP in windows.
My PHP version is 5.4.
When I run the command I get this error.

D:\xampp\php>pecl install Mosquitto-alpha

I also have same issue

I don't have a Windows machine handy to replicate this, but I will try and see if I can get hold of one. I've been looking into using Appveyor (see the appveyor branch) to do automated builds and provide binaries, but that's been difficult to do without a machine :-)
