Currently in "Install on AWS", to setup the bot-lambda-layer, users have to build from source and run bash scripts:

https://www.medplum.com/docs/self-hosting/install-on-aws#bot-lambda-layer

Better:

  • We can/should publish the .zip to npm (maybe? it's 14 mb)
  • Add a CLI command for medplum aws deploy-bot-lambda-layer or whatever

Then users would not need to build anything from source.
