Example Questionnaire / Bot for medication ordering

We want to build a sample Questionnaire + Bot pairing to that demonstrates a simple ordering form for a physician to enter a medication order / prescription.

The Questionnaire should have an autocomplete for the medication code that pulls from a custom Valueset with a small enumerated set of medications (~20)

The Bot should convert the resulting QuestionnaireResponse into a MedicationRequest representing the medication order
