In packages/definitions/dist/fhir/r4/profiles-medplum.json, the definition properties from each ElementDefinition are used to populate input field labels in the UI components. These descriptions should be checked for accuracy and updated to give relevant hints for what sort of values might go in the field if not otherwise well-understood.
