This implementation should utilize infrastructure in #2314 - regarding logging for aggregations. Report should have the following:

Per unit time

  • Number of bot executions (by bot and by project)
  • Number of bot failures

Related Querying Medplum logs using AWS Athena

@rahul1 - should we close this one as it appears Athena already supports this and custom report may be duplicative?
