Unable to associate the Duo to an WiFi Access Point (AP) or router.
- The Duo operates at 802.11n 2.4 GHz only
- You need an 2.4 GHz WiFi AP or router for the Duo
- You may have an AP/router but only use 5 GHz and disabled 2.4 GHz in your AP/Router setting
- Check your user manual to enable 2.4 GHz
