Address docker hub rate limit for image mfenwick100/sonobuoy-cyclonus

Thanks for the cool project, just wonder do we have an alternative to download the image mfenwick100/sonobuoy-cyclonus
It's easy to hit rate limit issue in an enterprise network.

Hi @ydp thanks for taking a look! If there are a lot of people using cyclonus, perhaps we could get these images into a public gcr repo under the kubernetes project (somebody would need to work with the kube team to do that, I don't have the ability to do that by myself!)

As a workaround, you could set up a local image registry and mirror the images there, so they won't have to be pulled from dockerhub.
