"Media cache retention period" vs "cron job" should be documented #1134

Hi,

in the admin / setup section the documentation sais to set up a cron job for media cleanup:

https://github.com/mastodon/documentation/blob/master/content/en/admin/setup.md

but there is also an option on the mastodon admin web interface to set a "Media cache retention period".
also see here: mastodon/mastodon#19232

IMO the admin / setup section should mention this as an alternative. Otherwise ppl. are getting confused.
