Over the time, opnions change. After some requests I think there are not reasons to maintain GPLv3 license if this makes difficult to adopt or intgrate OpenSimMPLS in other products. So, release 1.2 will be released under Apache License, Version 2.0.

Libraries used by OpenSimMPLS allow releasing it under Apache License, Version 2.0.
