Jira Import is not Working[bug]:

Current behavior

When I try to import issues from Jira, the status of the import task is showing as processing for the last 12 hours. I have only included less than 100 issues in the import task.

Please let me know why this is not working as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to workspace settings
2. Click on 'Import' menu
3. Choose Jira
4. Enter the credentials
5. Submit it
