Setting cut-off when using logFE bigWig files from bdgcmp

I have been using bigWig file from bdgcmp containing logFE values (compared ChIP signals against Input). As part of next step, I would like to use bdgpeakcall, where I am getting stuck in deciding the threshold. As suggested in the manual, I have tried the cut-off analysis step in bdgcallpeak, but ended up with an error.
