FX3 missing PAL/NTSC Selector after Firmware Upgrade

I live in a PAL country. My FX3 was a grey import and showing the "operating in PAL" warning when switched on. I've seen that recent FX3 firmware updates are removing the PAL/NTSC selector menu option from some region cameras. I think mine will be affected so have chosen not to upgrade the firmware yet.

I'm wondering if this project supports FX3, whether it will re-enable my use of PAL on the latest FX3 firmware? Has anyone tried it?
