Describe the bug

When conducting a Exam Test Run the arrows for collapsing the sidebar are displayed outside the sidebar

To Reproduce

1. Go to Course Management
2. Click on 'Exam'
3. Create an Exam
4. Start a "Test Run"
5. If necessary Scroll down a bit
6. See collapse arrows not well aligned

Expected behavior

Collapse Arrows should be within the sidebar.
