确保本地的photoshop是正常安装的，不是使用的绿化版或者其他版本，因为此API会通过注册列表去查找
可能是API的调用问题，能不能麻烦能给出相应的代码方便我这边帮你debug下。

add pythoncom.CoInitialize() at first, and then work fine!
