Tag cloud for every definition

I wish for every definition we could add tags like we do glosswords now.

This will allow to quickly group cmavo not only into selmaho but into other groups:
e.g. xo'e, ge'e, do'e, zo'e, co'e are clearly in one group and thus can be tagged "ellipsis".

Also I wish one could list all words with a given tag like we can do with glosswords now (e.g. https://jbovlaste.lojban.org/natlang/en/pirate).

It would also be nice to group brivla into semantic classes.

Glosswords now have "glossw" and "glossm" fields. I think this can be retained for tags as well.
