Warn users before adding clashing brivla #155

Before adding {tamsi} warn user with a message on https://jbovlaste.lojban.org/dict/addvalsi.html page:

"Clash with official brivla {tansi}. Are you sure you want to add this word?".

Before adding {salni} warn user with a message on https://jbovlaste.lojban.org/dict/addvalsi.html page:

"Clash with experimental brivla {tansi}. Are you sure you want to add this word?".

As for fu'ivla add this message for fu'ivla that differ only in the last vowel like when adding {berbero} when {berberi} already exists.
