TypeScript declarations

It would be a huge help for the library to have TypeScript declarations. I don't know how actively the project is still being developed, and wether it would be best to just create standalone declarations or if anyone has interest in actually converting the project to TypeScript (which it'd probably benefit from), but I'm open to contributing if there's interest.

Umm, I was also from AS and 3 was strict typed so how does typed languages make you sick?
