[wb_trigger] Add enable input in each logical trigger

As of today it is impossible to disable a given trigger channel and prevent it to trigger when the trigger signal is present. The workaround to avoid it has been to set the logical trigger channel to an unused channel, for instance higher indexes as index > 1 when using internal trigger.

It seems beneficial to have an enable input for each logical trigger.
