I want to add a model-openbmb/minicpm support for lms

Of course, Openbmb is a joint laboratory between the NLP laboratory of Tsinghua University in China and the Modelbest (面壁智能). Minicpm is the main open-source language model of Openbmb and one of the best edge running language models in China. Because we are very optimistic about the LMstudio project and hope that the minicpm model can be deployed and run on Lms，please. The following is the GitHub address for Openbmb:
