Support for monorepos

Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

Multiple users have requested support for monorepo setups such as pnpm and npm workspaces.

Proposed solution

lstn CLI natively supports monorepos setups, including (in order of priority):

• pnpm.
• npm workspaces
• Turborepo, yarn workspaces and Lerna.

How will it benefit CLI and its users?

This will allow listen.dev to support users of JS/TS across a growing number of use cases in modern monorepo setups.
