Thanks for the good works!
I would like to apply your patch classifier to my ongoing Digital Mammography project, but, for somehow, I am not able to get good classification results.
I performed a small test with DDSM dataset. I made a set of 256x256 ROIs from benign and malignant cases. However, the classification results of your patch classifier are almost always 0 (background).
I guess I did not do normalization properly, but I have no clue. Would you mind give me what would be a proper way to get your models behaving correctly?
