Is there a contributing guideline? I'd like to help with the development of this application. Any guidance is welcome.

Maybe some of the following:

Dev environment creation (requirements)
Is it required to sign the commits?
Do/Don't do list.
Linting/Formatting? (pylint, black, yapf, none)
Coding guidelines
Changelog?
Translations (Learned lesson )
