[Feature Request]: Ability to play channels necessiting credentials #325

Hello,

Since some live channels like RTBF auvio are now necessiting a login and a password to be watchable, they can't be watched anymore via a classic m3u file. You could implement a login system inspired by this project: https://github.com/Catch-up-TV-and-More/plugin.video.catchuptvandmore
