Hypnotix frozen when installing new provider #318

I just installed mint. I'm trying to use hypnotix. I added a new provider and it froze. I can't figure out the status of hypnotix. I removed and reinstalled it. No joy. Help.

Open a terminal window, type hypnotix and press enter. It should give you some feedback, then you can post it here.
