Include Homebrew install instructions #2359

On macOS (and Linux) the linkerd command-line interface can be installed using Homebrew with a formula with just:

brew install linkerd

For some users this may be easier than the existing install instructions in the "Getting Stated" guide. Can we add this to the "getting started" instructions?
