Add the ability for Linkerd to generate a "diagnostics dump" which is a bundle containing as much information as possible to aid with debugging. The bundle could include:

  • Linkerd version
  • Host information (OS, number of cpus, memory, etc)
  • Linkerd config
  • Metrics.json dump
  • Interpreter state
  • Namer state
  • etc
