Resident Evil 3 HD Textures problem

HD textures for RE 3 do not work properly. Some textures load, some don't. This can already be seen in the intro or in the first location (car texture). Oddly enough, the HD textures for RE2 work fine.
I tried different options but nothing helps.
The problem does not occur in the standalone version of Dolphin.
