libnfc from NXP can be easily added as an independent new ReaderProvider plug-in.
Should we require a new abstraction layer over peer-to-peer communication?

Adding libnfc support has several issues. LibNFC requires MinGW to build on Windows, and because of current headers MinGW seems to be needed for the main project too. It is problematic as all Windows automated build use Visual Studio.

This is now done on dedicated LibLogicalAccess reader plug-in with his own git repository (and issue tracker) to avoid libnfc dependency on base. See https://github.com/islog/liblogicalaccess-libnfc
