UI Flaw in CTA_Bottom Component on Mobile Screens

Description

There is a UI flaw in the CTA_Bottom component on the Layer5 "You Choose" Events page. When viewed on mobile screens (specifically below 507px width), the text and button within the CTA_Bottom component become hidden, making the call-to-action inaccessible to users.

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the Layer5 "You Choose" Events page.
Resize the browser window to a width below 507px (or view the page on a mobile device with a screen width below 507px).
Scroll down to the CTA_Bottom section.
Observe that the text and button within the CTA_Bottom component are not visible.

Expected Behavior

The CTA_Bottom component should be fully responsive on all screen sizes. On smaller screens, the image and the button should be displayed.
