[Bug] Table of Contents do not work in iOS

Environment

Joplin version: v10.0.40
Platform: iOS (iPhone 8 Plus)
OS specifcs: v13.2.3

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any note that has a lot of content with table of contents in the iOS app.

2. Try to click on any of the links.

3. Describe what you expected to happen:

   Clicking on any of the links in the table of contents should take me to the content.
