blm

blm is a Boolean line manipulator utility program. It allows you to perform
set operations like union, intersection, difference, and exclusive-or by
considering line-oriented files as sets of strings with one string on each
line.

Build instructions:
  unpack blm-0.9.3-X-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
	 unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  cygport ./blm-0.9.3-X.cygport all

This will create:
  /usr/src/blm-0.9.3-X-src.tar.bz2
  /usr/src/blm-0.9.3-X.tar.bz2
