docker 启动后无法访问，本地测试没有任何反应

@sunboy123 我clone项目代码后，直接docker也访问不了,
但我尝试下面的方式解决了问题。
1、在代码仓里切换tag git checkout 3.5.0 ,
2、把旧的镜像删掉docker rmi langhsu/mblog:latest
3、再docker-compose up -d,重新生成镜像后启动容器，就能访问了。
