Show next holiday and last send reminder in channel list, closes #75
Added a new channel endpoint that already includes the holidays and recent reminders in the body. Also flagged test reminders so they don't show up in the list (but they're still counted in the monthly limit).
Also rearranged the channel list view, closes #131
