What is the issue?

If one try to uninstall an application that was deleted directly in the repository by the user, nothing show in the UI, but there is an error in the browser console.

CleanShot.2024-02-22.at.17.54.36.mp4

We should check if it's still there, and show an error to the user. If it's the fact that it was already deleted, maybe even remove it from the console and telling the user it was already deleted or something along the lines.
