Which version of kubefirst are you using?

v2.0.8

Which installation type?

None specific

Which distributed Git provider?

None specific

What is the issue?

When creating new clusters, the progress from the CLI output is duplicated on multiples lines. It doesn't seem to be specific to kubefirst version, nor cloud targeted. I'm pretty sure it was fixed at some point, and after some tests, @johndietz doesn't have that issue. It is also not a problem when destroying a cluster.

It may be related to my terminal setup: I use iTerm2 3.4.19 with zsh 5.9 & Oh My Zsh version bd5ebba on macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (build 22E261)

This won't be an issue anymore with the CLI updates coming in v2.3 (the output is not using the same progress information anymore).
