Feat: vSphere Provider

What would you like to be added:
As a maintainer I'd like to have another option on the Provider I can choose from.
Some companies like to have their workloads onprem.

Why is this needed:
Creating more options for Infrastructure Providers to choose from.

Thanks for the suggestion @PatrickLaabs!

For now our focus is on external clouds, but we definitely see the value of using on premise solutions. We are not planning to support vSphere on the short-term, but the #homelab channel in our Slack community may be interesting to you for in-house solutions.
