google-protobuf那个包下载下来,编译有问题。OS版本 ubuntu 16.04 麻烦您能不能提供一个python版的解码程序。

刚才看了一下已经解决的历史问题，发现可能是因为bazel的版本问题。但是我的bazel已经用来编译tensorflow。降级比较麻烦。多谢大神。能否提供一个makefile版本的编译方式。或者简单给一个 python版本的解码器。多谢大神！！！
