Name days support

Hi! It would be useful if there was an option/toggle when creating the calendar whether we want to show Name day on the top of each day page (if available in the currently selected language). Lists of names for each Name day and for countries that have have this tradition are available on Wikipedia for example. I'm specifically requesting Czech Republic Name days support, but according to Wiki, there are just a couple of countries that celebrate Name days so adding them all wouldn't be that difficult?

If enabled, description ("Name day; Martin" for example) of the name day could perhaps only be visible on top the particular day pages, and maybe even in the week overview pages?
