Support toolbar padding on year overview page

Super cool project! Thanks for maintaining it on GitHub.

I'm one of the folks that usually keeps the toolbar open. The fix for #21 is a big help, but it doesn't have an effect on the year overview page: the toolbar covers the week number and each first weekday of January, April, July, and October. I think it'd be great to have the padding there too. Also mentioned by @FlorianKempenich in #21 (comment).

And, at least on my reMarkable, it seems like there could be just a few more pixels of toolbar padding for the week pages. The toolbar ever so slightly starts clipping off the characters in "Monday," "Thursday," and "Sunday," and it covers the lefthand border of those days.
